Therapy that works with your body & mind

Specialized care for eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma using CBT, somatic practices, and walk‑and‑talk therapy.

You’ve spent a long time figuring

things out on your own

Noticing your habits, pushing through the stuck places, performing at a level most people never see. And still, something in you is wondering what’s underneath all of that. You don’t have to have the answers or know what to do next. This is a space to slow down, get curious, and explore what’s happening with someone who’s here to support you.

Who This Is For

You’re someone who’s been carrying a lot. Maybe it’s anxiety, old patterns, the pressure to keep it together, or the quiet heaviness that comes from feeling stuck. Maybe you’re a high achiever who looks steady on the outside but feels overwhelmed on the inside. Maybe you’re navigating eating disorders, trauma, body image concerns, or the exhaustion of trying to manage everything alone.

You don’t need to have a plan or know exactly what needs to change. You just need a small willingness to show up, even if you’re running on the last bit of motivation you have. If you’re curious about your habits, your history, or why you feel the way you do, this is a space to explore all of that. Gently, at your pace, with someone who will meet you right where you are (that’s me).

How Therapy Helps

In our work together, we slow down enough to notice the patterns you’ve carried including the ones shaped by your family, your history, your culture, and the roles you’ve taken on to get through life. We look at how those experiences influenced your identity and habits, and we highlight the strengths, instincts, and qualities that helped you make it this far.

We use the strengths you already have, your resilience, insight, creativity, boundaries, humor, sensitivity, problem‑solving, or whatever shows up for you, as the foundation for change. From there, we focus on what’s actually sustainable for you: coping skills that fit your nervous system, supports that add to your life, and ways of living that feel steady rather than automatic.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about recognizing what’s already working, strengthening what helps you feel connected to yourself, and building a way forward that lasts <3

“You’ve just come in from a rainstorm

you can’t expect to be

immediately dry warm and comfortable

but you can do the little things

take off the heavy clothing

turn on the coffee pot

wrap yourself in a blanket

one small thing at a time

healing is a process”

-Whitney Hanson
